James was amazing! The whole team was amazing! I was very hesitant coming into this especially because this was my first time investing into a car. James was the first person to approach my boyfrie I was very hesitant coming into this especially because this was my first time investing into a car. James was the first person to approach my boyfriend and I & he was such a genuine soul. He really looked out for our best interest and was not trying to up well anything to us. He asked us what we were looking for and accommodated us in every way. We then were introduced to Bart and he was such a nice man, he took care of us and made the process as smooth as possible & accommodated our needs. Great Service I went in to Toyota Sunnyvale for a recall service that had to be done on my Rav4. hector cisneros was very thorough. He checked my records and explained what was needed, what was relevant in my contract. However, even though I had an appt, it took a long time to get my car serviced ( and explained what was needed, what was relevant in my contract.
