James was amazing! The whole team was amazing! I was very hesitant coming into this especially because this was my first time investing into a car. James was the first person to approach my boyfrie I was very hesitant coming into this especially because this was my first time investing into a car. James was the first person to approach my boyfriend and I & he was such a genuine soul. He really looked out for our best interest and was not trying to up well anything to us. He asked us what we were looking for and accommodated us in every way. We then were introduced to Bart and he was such a nice man, he took care of us and made the process as smooth as possible & accommodated our needs. Lastly, We met Hector who was as awesome as James & Bart. Made sure we were protected at a price that was affordable! More

Awesome customer service My girlfriend and I purchased our first Tacoma here at this location. We recently traded in our two beat up old trucks to them and they gave us back a My girlfriend and I purchased our first Tacoma here at this location. We recently traded in our two beat up old trucks to them and they gave us back a decent amount to put towards our down payment. Thanks to James Tran, Bart, and Hector there, my girl and I got the truck we've always wanted. Great Service I went in to Toyota Sunnyvale for a recall service that had to be done on my Rav4. Although I went in without making an appointment, Hector Cisneros g I went in to Toyota Sunnyvale for a recall service that had to be done on my Rav4. Although I went in without making an appointment, Hector Cisneros greeted me as soon as i arrived and and wrote it up right away. I was very pleased with his service because the car was done on time and was also washed! I would highly recommend Hector to anyone that needs service done on their cars! More

hector cisneros was very thorough. He checked my records and explained what was needed, what was relevant in my contract. However, even though I had an appt, it took a long time to get my car serviced ( and explained what was needed, what was relevant in my contract. However, even though I had an appt, it took a long time to get my car serviced (oil change). Toyota needs to control their schedule better. I am overall happy with the service. All employees have been very friendly. Hector did warn me though so I had advance notice of the waiting time. sook mcintyre More

I purchased my Highlander from this dealership and it was a great experience. The free maintenance was an awesome bonus and all my service visits have been great.
