Not hassle free dealership my wife and I just came in to have both of our Honda cars serviced. Then they offered to check in with sales for trade in. We met with Harry from sales he was good and very kind. My problem is I hate dealerships that hassle you that is where sales manager Ramy comes in this guy would not take no for an answer. At one point we where leaving and he followed us. His tactic unfortunately worked after several hours we bought a car. I hate dealerships that hassle you and broke my own rule on buying. If you liked getting hassled this is this the dealership for you. I can honestly say I will not purchase anthor car from here. The bright spot was service was fast and dependable and Chris was great. More

Harry Vasquez made sure we knew the workings of our new Honda Odyssey and worked with us throughout the sales process and was very friendly and knowledgeable. My Father just purchased his new Honda CRV at Honda of Ocala and we were so happy with the experience! Although it took several trips to the dealership, before he knew for certain this was the car for him, each time he was greeted with kindness and respect and just the right mix of attentiveness without pressure. The day he finally purchased Troy was great. He was friendly, patient, and diligent in making sure that a fair deal was obtained. We can not say enough great things about this dealership. They are kind, friendly, no pressure, and most of all they do not play games. After having very negative experiences at several other dealerships in Ocala Honda of Ocala is a breath of fresh air! Before we set out to purchase a new vehicle, my husband and I had a price in mind that we wanted to spend (probably quite unreasonably low). Once we researched the different makes that would suit our needs, we decided on a Honda CR-V EX-L. (I especially wanted the rear view camera.) Because we were willing to drive quite a distance to obtain the best possible price, I initially contacted all Honda dealers within a wide radius of our home by e-mail. Troy Vandal from Honda of Ocala was willing to work with us this way and was very helpful. Troy and his manager Bill Johnson did all they could to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price close to what we wanted to pay. We had done a lot of shopping around, and I honestly feel that we couldn't have gotten it for a nickel less anywhere else. We couldn't believe how nice everyone was at the dealership. Troy and Harry Vasquez made sure that the car was in perfect condition and that we were confident that we understood all of its features before we drove off the lot. Although we're going to have to drive a little farther, we are definitely going to be coming to Honda of Ocala for service and maintenance on our new CRV. We are very, very happy with our car and equally happy with Honda of Ocala. We would definitely recommend them. More
