Worst experience ever!!! Never have I experienced such a more painful car buying experience in my life. It truly reminded me of something out of a movie. They used scare tactics at every turn, threatening to pull the deal if you question anything they say -- and believe me, there is a lot to question like how they only use one credit bureau (which is illegal by the way) to scare you into thinking you only qualify for a higher interest rate. At one point, one of their "sales managers" even crumpled up the paper with our deal on it and stormed off with the crumpled paper in hand like a 5 year old when he was asked a simple question. Then they rest on what they think is their laurel of being the "only car dealer to offer a 20 year, 200,000 mile warranty" and hide behind this nonsensical warranty at every unethical, surprise turn the deal takes. WHO in the world drives a car for 20 years and 200,000 miles!!?? That's right, NOONE and they use it as a false sense of security and smoke screen to make you think you are actually getting some sort of a "deal" from them. These guys truly give "used car dealers" their name and reputation. Not to mention their finance person would be better suited as an auctioneer as he rattles off interest rates that miraculously become lower the more that it looks like you are going to walk away from their sub par deal. Truly the most horrible car buying experience I have ever endured!!! I would NEVER do business with them!! I did buy a Honda from another dealership and was treated wonderfully, got a great interest rate and a USEFUL warranty. So glad I walked out of the nightmare that is Honda of Ocala and chose a Honda dealer that treats their customers right. More

I said that I was shopping around and I needed a price on a HR-V. He said that I should go to other dealers and obtain prices and the return, and he would beat their quote.! I again asked for a quote on the HR-V, and he refused. !!! I the left and drove to Leesburg Honda and dealt with them. Because of HARRYS rudeness, Honda of Ocala lost a sale. NOTE: I have leased from Honda since 1996, for a total of nine vehicles, so far. And 5 of those have been from Honda of Ocala. Of all the dealers, I got the best deal from the Honda dealer in Georgia!!! SO, take my word for it, I will not deal with Honda of Ocala, when they have rude sales people.!!!!!!! More

Harry the "salesman" I went to Honda of Ocala on Saturday, 8/6/16 and will never go again. I am a 25 year old female with an 8 month old son, and my 16yo sister was with m I went to Honda of Ocala on Saturday, 8/6/16 and will never go again. I am a 25 year old female with an 8 month old son, and my 16yo sister was with me. We went in to compare the Accord and the Civic to figure out what I want next. The "salesman" Harry, was putting balloons on the cars out front and when we pulled up he did not greet us, just turned around and walked inside. He was very snippy and short, basically making me feel like I had no business being there, probably assuming I'm young and cannot afford a new car. Meanwhile my current car is a 2015 Jeep Patriot, High Altitude Edition which I am 6k upside down in right now. Harry did not even attempt to sell me a car, nor did he ask how much of a down payment I would be putting down ($5,000 to cover the negative). He was a complete rude person and I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. I have NEVER met a car salesperson who hasn't tried to sell me a car, and I have had 5 new cars since I was 16, a great credit score and money to pay for them. Long story even longer- I will NOT be purchasing a vehicle from Honda of Ocala if this is how their salespeople treat potential customers. More

Worst dealership experience of my life/left mortified My husband and I went into this dealership on a Sunday afternoon in hopes of purchasing an Accord or CRV. The test drives were very awkward because o My husband and I went into this dealership on a Sunday afternoon in hopes of purchasing an Accord or CRV. The test drives were very awkward because our salesman, Harry, barely spoke. We had to ask him questions about the car because he wasn't informing us about any if the features. Regardless, we knew that we wanted the Accord. We went in to talk numbers and discuss the trade in value of our Jeep Wrangler. The dreaded, "negotiations" started and it was not going well at all. Harry told us in the parking lot that he knows for a fact that he could take $3,000 right off the top of the sticker price and none of his offers came close. To add to that, they weren't giving us anything close to what the value of our Jeep was. I told Harry that either they needed to pay more for the Jeep or they needed to charge less for the Accord, but one of those numbers had to change. As soon as I said that, the manager, Rick, walked by and burst out laughing and said in a mocking voice, "One of those numbers has to change!" then burst out laughing and walked away. My mouth dropped onto Harrys desk and I said, "Is that how your managers treats your clients?". Harry said, "don't worry about him, he's just an xxxxxxx". My husband stood up and said that we were done there and would be leaving. I told Harry that I was sorry that he had to work for such an xxxxxxx but we would not be making a deal with any of those people. Harry was mortified that his manager acted the way that he did and he started to scurry to make a deal with us. At this point, none of the deals they had given us were good and to be made fun of by a manager just ensured us that this was not the place we wanted to make our purchase. I tried not to go by the terrible reviews I read about this dealership when we decided to go here, but they were all confirmed after we wasted 3 hours there yesterday. We are going to Leesburg Honda to purchase the same exact car for a much better price! More

There was no pressure during our visit - the product sold itself!!!
