Very nice and friendly. Oil change and hail damage repair. Great work! Repair was done in a timely manner and they addressed all of my concerns. Jared Fabor was truly awesome and figured out the problem with my car. He discovered a piece of grass that was causing an issue in my filter system and made my car run perfect! More

Great experience at Orr Chev dealership in Ft Smith AR I have always had a positive experience with the Service Department. Service department personnel should be commented on a job well done. However, m I have always had a positive experience with the Service Department. Service department personnel should be commented on a job well done. However, my concerns are with the Sales department. I had contacted the sales department to ask a simple question, "Does the Chev Pickup Silverado come with a 6 cylinder engine?" I had a salesman (don't recall his name) contact me, wanting to know if I had a trade, if I would finance, etc. I told him that I was only interested in the answer of my above question. He told me he wasn't sure, but he would check and call me back. He never did. I might be interested in purchasing a Chev Pickup Silverado with a 6 cylinder engine. I currently have a 2016 Chev Colorado with the 6 cylinder engine and make up to 26/28 MPG. In my opinion that is awesome. I have a grandson that has the GMC V8 Sierra and he barely make 18 MPG. RECOMMENDATION: Training/inform sales personnel to answer questions and then if person is a prospective buyer, then you ask other question. More

Service Center Excellence I arrived on time and the door immediately opened. Inside was a smiling gentleman who immediately wrote down my license plate number and pulled up my I arrived on time and the door immediately opened. Inside was a smiling gentleman who immediately wrote down my license plate number and pulled up my appointment info. He confirmed the services I wanted and I went to the waiting room. The waiting room was Great! Coffee, donuts, TV, magazines, comfortable chairs and a cell phone charging station!!! Roughly 45mins later I was done and out the door with an oil change, full preventive maintenance check and rotation of tires. I was very pleased with my visit to Orr. More

Have your car checked by a mechanic I purchased a “certified” used vehicle from the dealership. Only to find out that there were a couple of moderate issues not apparent during the brief I purchased a “certified” used vehicle from the dealership. Only to find out that there were a couple of moderate issues not apparent during the brief test drive, and not disclosed by the salesman (Don). When I contacted them the following day they were happy to tell me their service team would look at it for a completely out-of-pocket cost on my when I contacted them the following day they were happy to tell me their service team would look at it for completely out-of-pocket cost on my hand end. So ready to pay the sales tax, and my down payment, I apparently now had a nice service fee to look forward to. So now $500 and some change later I have the issues fixed. And the whole time I got to see the artificial smiles of that wonderful salesman, and the crappy attitude from their service team when I questioned why I would be out of pocket on a vehicle that I literally just drove off the lot one day ago. At any rate, if you buy a vehicle from this dealership go have it looked at by a mechanic that you trust, otherwise shop somewhere else if that is too much hassle. More
