You can no longer book an oil change as they have an “express” option. Just be prepared that “express” means 2 hours. Waiting area is nice but this should be 45 mins or less. “express” option. Service was overall great. BUT towards the end of my service when they were suppose to be finishing up; another 45 mins went by and I needed to leave for an appt and my advisor BUT towards the end of my service when they were suppose to be finishing up; another 45 mins went by and I needed to leave for an appt and my advisor was no where to be found. All advisors were busy and someone from service outside saw me and looked up my car and rushed it through wash. 15 mins later….. I still had found my advisor and needed to ask someone else to ring me up and bring me my car. I was here for over 2 hours getting an oil change, new tire and alignment. I feel like I was very patient, but I’m annoyed the advisor completely disappeared for 45 mins. My child (who I brought with me) was late to her appt More
