We purchased a MY2023 Bolt EUV to replace our 10 year old Nissan Leaf. We shopped online and thought we found the perfect one at available at your dealership. But then Jackson Morris went to work to find us another vehicle matching out at a sister dealer location so we proceeded to draw up purchase agreement on this other car sight unseen. The next day we learned that car too had already been sold and was no longer available. But again, Jackson looked far and wide to find us the right vehicle. He found us a beautiful car that had everything we wanted and more. And best of all Jackson & Greg gave us an absolutely incredible price that kept us within our tight budget! Initially I found out about them looking for a new traverse.. I had been researching a lot of other dealerships and when I contacted John Thornton I was immediately impressed with their customer servi traverse.. I had been researching a lot of other dealerships and when I contacted John Thornton I was immediately impressed with their customer service on line. This was followed by phone calls by me inquiring the availability of the car we wanted. Initially I was dealing with Brian Cosgrove and later Greg Karantza their sales manager. They didn’t have the car in their dealership but searched around to find one. They had it shipped to their location and arrived in a couple of days. I was given all of the information about the car, the price with discounts and all of the associated fees with it. It was the walk out of the door price. The price was really great! Upon picking up the car the price was as quoted and the car was ready. We traveled quite a distance to get there but it was worth it a hundred times over. No games, no gimmicks and no pressure. We walked out of dealer near us when the tried to bait and switch by daughter in law. It was reassuring that John Thornton was a dealership that prides itself being honest and upfront with their dealings. Do give them a try when shopping for a car. I was so lucky to have dealt with Brian and Greg. What an asset to there industry and the dealership! Thanks so much! More
