I only had to go to the dealership to sign the paperwork, which is what I wanted. Nobody likes to spend an entire day sitting around waiting while they do what they do, and he made sure I didn't have to and was still informed throughout the entire process. My only issue (and it's not a big one) was the financing at the end and how long it took to actually get them the right information after so many different requests they made. But that was more on GM Financial than the dealership. More

financing officer sucked. I had to push to get a reasonable rate. He started off at 11% and I got it down to just above 8%. The issue I think folks have is that they're not working with Grant Hinton, Salesperson! Grant is an expert in the industry. Prior to my visit, Grant made certain that he knew all he possibly could about with Grant Hinton, Salesperson! Grant is an expert in the industry. Prior to my visit, Grant made certain that he knew all he possibly could about a 2018 Alpha Romeo 4C. He compared the vehicle he had in the showroom the the vehicle I was going to see in another city with every bit of pertinent information, making the choice simple. If I can, I would never purchase another car without involving Grant Hinton. Zero xx from Grant. He is not your typical Salesperson, trying to divert your attentions, while hiding facts. Grant is a FACT MACHINE, and I would say, at the top of his profession. I have purchased 47 vehicles and Grants' process so exceeded my expectation, that's it's honestly hard to describe. His sales manager was just a straight forward and my finance manager had me out the door in minutes.
