Even if I just call with questions or want to know about pricing or information they are kind and make time for me. They are a long standing family business in the community and their dedication and quality shows in all areas from vehicle selection, upgrading the property, capable staff, even at times having events. My only complaint would be to monitor the direction of their sprinkler system to keep it on the grass. More

At wits end, thinking I would take huge hit to trade in per salesman, pre owned sales manager saved the day. He gave me several options to trade for original value. He determined my 2014 would not be sold on their lot and traded for a 2017 of like miles. Ken S. saved the day. Was 24 hrs. from launching social media campaign. But Ken took charge and made it right. Erin was A+ service rep and mechanic did everything he could to fix it. Ken redeemed the dealership. The GM followed his lead. I will continue to use Bill Utter Ford. More

Highly satisfied Greg Hall was absolutely fantastic!!!! I travelled from SW Missouri to attend the Nascar races but my truck was loosing power. Greg worked me in to a tech who thoroughly checked out the problem. Although no problems were discovered I am highly satisfied with the service Greg provided. I am now able to continue my trip on to Arizona with confidence knowing my truck had been thoroughly checked out. Greg is a WINNER and the service department and dealership is miles ahead of the competition because of Greg and his quality service, and awesome people skilks. More
