Great Customer Service I recently noticed my rear tire was leaking. Being a woman I was concerned and immediately contacted Gord knowing he would help me and guide me to do I recently noticed my rear tire was leaking. Being a woman I was concerned and immediately contacted Gord knowing he would help me and guide me to do whatever needed to be done. Gord told me to drop in and he fit me into their busy service schedule. My tire had a leak which was repaired quickly and efficiently in under 45 minutes. I can always count on Gord to help me out no matter what the circumstances. I really appreciate Gord and he is a great attribute to Kia! Thank you. More

Second, they made me feel comfortable when it came down to negotiating the deal, very smooth transaction thoughtout the whole process and met my expectation on final delivery. Waiting area was very clean and refreshment were served with free wifi when I was getting my first free oil change done and check-ups. Service technicians were very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly to resolve my inquiries. My sales rep Len was very calm under many stresses and fully understood my needs, and he ended up with delivering the resolution. I would recommend to see Len if you are planning to stop by Kia Georgetown dealership. He'll get the job done for you in blink of an eye. Thanks very much. Happy Easter. Cheers. Came in for one thing and need car back right away I had a casing falling off and needed my car back soon. I was booked in and other safety issues resolved within a few hours. Only one general comm I had a casing falling off and needed my car back soon. I was booked in and other safety issues resolved within a few hours. Only one general comment: I needed a ride home and unfortunately the person was sick that day and unable to do this. I was able to arrange a ride but it would have been better if I got a call before my appointment to let me know I would need to arrange another way home and back. But everyone is always friendly and helpful More
