Vehicle Return After having my vehicle repaired in March I had to return it this month due to smelling gas. I don't drive the vehicle often and explained to my Servi After having my vehicle repaired in March I had to return it this month due to smelling gas. I don't drive the vehicle often and explained to my Service Advisor Glen that I haven't driven it and due to the Pandemic I wouldn't bring it any sooner. All was repaired under the warranty. Happy customer. I have the recommended repair list and will repair them as finances allow. More

Service is generally good but I've been waiting months for a part and dont know when it will come in. I cannot open my window and radio won't turn off when car is turned off. Bitter sweet experience. I have been a customer of Orange Buick for years, and I've had more unsatisfactory experiences than not. Around the week of May 19th, I was turned awa I have been a customer of Orange Buick for years, and I've had more unsatisfactory experiences than not. Around the week of May 19th, I was turned away for service because I was told that instead of maintenance at 45.000mi, like the manual says, I would have to wait to 50.000mi because that's when they perform that service. More
