This was the best encounter and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. My saleslady, Gillian Barnes, was great! In fact, I don't even like using the work saleslady as there was no "sell buying experience I have ever had. My saleslady, Gillian Barnes, was great! In fact, I don't even like using the work saleslady as there was no "selling" done. She was very thorough and knew everything about the vehicle I went in to purchase. She never made me feel uncomfortable during my visit and never tried overselling something. If there was something she felt could be improved she let me know. The amount of technology in new vehicles is tremendous and not everything is going to be perfect, so I really appreciated her being 100% honest with me and herself. I know where I am going and who I am seeing for our next family vehicle. More

This is the second time I have bought an Acura from Crown. I was lucky enough to have Gillian Barnes as my sales consultant. Most of the work on the car was done via email and text. She is friendly, Crown. I was lucky enough to have Gillian Barnes as my sales consultant. Most of the work on the car was done via email and text. She is friendly, honest and fair. I spent a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes in the dealer picking up my car. They had it detailed and ready to go. They have streamlined the buying process and the paperwork and everything is ready for signature when you walk in the door. Finally had the pleasure of meeting Jay Rudio, the finance manager. He had my paperwork ready to sign. I was in there for 10 minutes as he explained the paperwork and of course went through the add on features that Acura offers. He was up front about the add ons and very fast and courteous. Overall my experience was great! I will always check with Gillian and Crown for my next Acura purchase! More

It was my first time financing an auto. I had a mixture of anxiety, nervousness and excitement at the same time. I could not have ask for a better dealership or Sales Agent. I called Gillian Barnes (the lovely sales associate who assisted me 8 years ago) and she was just as amazing and helpful just as she was 8 years ago. Gillian assisted me to find a vehicle of my choice. Gillian is very knowledgeable about ALL details of the vehicles in and out, which made the car buying process easy and smooth. I never felt rushed or pressured. Chris Eaton (Financial service manager) was personable, funny, kind and knowledgeable. Throughout the process multiple associates would stop to ask if my husband and I was okay, needed water, a snack and provided congratulations. Along with Gillian and Chris, the Crown Acura staff was amazing. I would recommend this location for excellent customer service and car buying anytime! I just purchased a ‘22 RDX from Gillian Barnes and my experience was like none other. This is the 12th car I’ve owned and I have never been extended the chance for someone to thoroughly go through the op experience was like none other. She literally went over everything setting, button, option and function that the car offers. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured or rushed.
