Gerard Rennie is great to work with. He has helped out on 3 separate leases over the years. He is a pleasure to work with and is the reason why we still go to this dealership even aft He has helped out on 3 separate leases over the years. He is a pleasure to work with and is the reason why we still go to this dealership even after moving 30 minutes away, which is 5 minutes from another Kia dealer. He is really nice and patient with my son and helps us get in and out quick. We take the Kia back to them for all service, as all the service managers are nice there too. Will continue to go there as we need to lease or buy in the future. Highly recommend this location and working with Gerard Rennie. More

We were greeted by Gerard upon entering the Smithtown Kia. When I told him my name was Michele, he promptly asked, "spelled with one L or two?" That attention to detail told me this was going to be a goo Kia. When I told him my name was Michele, he promptly asked, "spelled with one L or two?" That attention to detail told me this was going to be a good experience. I told him the problem I had with the two cars I was torn between and he told my husband and I about the Sportage. We took it for a drive on their lot and enjoyed the smooth ride, good pickup, and beautiful interior. Gerard was very kind and personable which made for an enjoyable, low-pressure shopping experience. He even gave us tips about our upcoming vacation, where he had previously visited. The car was great, the numbers were great and we walked out with our car the same day. The dealership took care of the DMV and insurance calls for us. Can't beat 100k miles coverage and lifetime oil changes as well! Highly recommend giving Kia a try for your next car! More

The staff didn't put on any pressure, they were friendly and responsive when we were ready to talk with them. We chose a Sorento because it was well rated and we were impressed with the quality.
