Serivce Department Worst I've ever delt with!!!! First and last time I will ever bring my car to this dealership for servicing. My new Altima Coupe was having radio trouble so I went to the service First and last time I will ever bring my car to this dealership for servicing. My new Altima Coupe was having radio trouble so I went to the service department on Monday July 27th and was told they needed to order a part. This would take 2 days to receive and I would get a call. 6 DAYS later I called them to find out the part was in the day before. I schedule my car for service today and was told when making the appt, that if it took longer then 1 hour, I would get a loaner. NO LOANER as they said it would take 1 hour. Funny though, the representative didn't even know what I was bringing my car in for, he asked me instead of checking the account himself. Today, after being there for 2 hours, I approached customer service, to find the gentleman relaxing and eating watermelon, only to be informed m they need to order another part and when I asked why wasn't this done before, I was told NISSAN DOES ONE PART AT A TIME!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS AND I'VE HAD MORE THEN SEVERAL LEASES THROUGHT MY LIFE. STAY AWARY FROM NISSAN 46 IN TOTOWA. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NEITHER DOES SERVICE. More

Wonderful Car Buying Experience I was extremely impressed at the professionalism and level of customer service I received at this dealership. Even though I came on a very busy Saturd I was extremely impressed at the professionalism and level of customer service I received at this dealership. Even though I came on a very busy Saturday, I felt as though my business was as important as it would have been on a slow weekday. I was greeted exactly upon entering and I really felt as though my business was valuable to them. George was a pleasure to work with and he made my car buying experience a pleasure until the moment I drove away, making sure everything was to my exact liking. Really great group of people, highly recommend bringing your business here! More

excellent George Mack i went to numerous other dealers before coming to route46 Nissan. I am happy that i made the decision because i found George Mack there. He was a kind i went to numerous other dealers before coming to route46 Nissan. I am happy that i made the decision because i found George Mack there. He was a kind of salesperson who understands that a deals sealed when both parties profit. he understood what my requirement was, how much i can afford and based on those he arrived at a number that was pretty close to what i had in mind. So it took only 45 minutes to seal the deal. Now i am a happy driver in my Nissan Rogue. Thanks George Mack and Rt46 Nissan. More

My leased vehicle was not insured I was told when I purchased my leased vehicle that the dealership would handle the insurance switch from my old car to my new car. I found out SIX I was told when I purchased my leased vehicle that the dealership would handle the insurance switch from my old car to my new car. I found out SIX MONTHS later when I received my policy renewal that they never switched the insurance and I was driving around without insurance on the vehicle for the entire 6 months but still paying for the insurance on my old vehicle. When I contacted the dealership to notify them they did nothing to help, did not offer to reimburse the insurance cost or offer any solution. They simply stated even though they told me they would handle the insurance it was my responsibility. I do not recommend. More

This dealership was the first positive experience I have had buying a car. A couple of months prior I had put a deposit down on a Rogue with another dealer.
