My family does almost exclusively with Beau Townsend Ford now becasue of the service and loyatly they show us. The service is good and they are willing to go the extra mile to take care of us. We were quite pleased with our car buing experience at Beau Townsend. When we first stopped by to take a look at a Flex, George Davell met with us. He was able to give us answers to all of our questions Beau Townsend. When we first stopped by to take a look at a Flex, George Davell met with us. He was able to give us answers to all of our questions about the products and vehicles that interested us, as well as those we had not yet considered. When we had further inquiries, George spent time with us on the phone or in person. He always made time for us and we never felt out of place or that we needed to rush in our decision. George connected us with Chris York, who shared the warranty information we had requested. He, too, was very knowledgeable. When we picked up our Flex, George showed us the vehicle's many ammenities, as well as how to use them. He made sure we knew that we were always welcome to return should we need assistance with any aspect of Ford, Beau Townsend, or our Flex. Thank you for your superior professionalism! More

Great Experience, my only complain was that the car wasn't cleaned up very well upon delivery....in their defense .... they tried to get it done while I was waiting and getting the deal done, Im sure t wasn't cleaned up very well upon delivery....in their defense .... they tried to get it done while I was waiting and getting the deal done, Im sure they would have done a great job if I had left it to be cleaned. I had taken the car overnight to try, loved it and came back to buy it, they tried to accommodate me in letting me take the car home right away. I probably would have accepted waiting, knowing that my car would be cleaned up well but it wasn't offered as an option. The rest of the experience was great! Thanks so much! More
