The sales rep, George, was helpful in keeping the process painless. Because of the web site, I was able to show up with 5 trucks I wanted to see. George showed me one used truck in addition to 4 of the 5 I asked to see. A couple hours after arriving on the lot, I was pulling out with my new truck. Easy transaction. All aspects of the deal were easy. George was never a high pressure salesman. When we got home, my wife said, she'll definitely go back when we are ready to replace her car. More

He wasn't pushy or over bearing and definitely did not fit the negative stereotype often associated with sales associates in the auto industry. My experience with my purchase was very pleasant. My initial inquiry was returned the following day. All my questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed. My purchase was out of state for me, so George offered to pick me up at the airport when I flew in at midnight and took me to my hotel. Then in the morning picked me up to bring me to the dealership.
