It was a great experience. No appointment and I was able to get right in. They did a free inspection and found the air filter dirty (it was, they showed me) and also the serpen No appointment and I was able to get right in. They did a free inspection and found the air filter dirty (it was, they showed me) and also the serpentine belt was very cracked and in bad shape. As this is my daughters vehicle that she drives to and from college in bellingham, I was very thankful they found this and showed it to me. Very affordable and quick, George and his team were on it! Dropped my car off for a quick line oil change. Deferred multiple recommendations, costly but not urgent. E.g Brake light change could be $80. I asked if it was a halogen bulb. No, but these. After driving the car a few miles, pulled into a parking lot where my coolant was pouring out the bottom. Haven’t had this issue ever. A bit of a coincidence. Called and left a message, but no return call. Returned the next biz day and was told I need to return for a diagnostic. Odd isn’t it? More
