I have worked with George for many years leasing a new Ford every 2 years. George has always been very helpful, listens to what I am interested in getting, and not bothering me with a lot of nonsense. I Ford every 2 years. I would recommend him to anyone looking to work with a sales person that is not pushy or tries to well you something you don;t want or can't afford. This time I had to get out of my lease early as I can't no longer drive due to the inability to walk. George assisted me in every way possible as I am in a rehab center and the car is at home. As I have a lot of things to handle right now I really appreciate George's assistance. I will miss working with him. Some one is getting a great Edge with less than 4000 miles on it, enjoy. Bought a 2017 ford raptor that we were assured was in great condition. Drove it 4 hours home and the check engine light comes on. 8000 in repairs. Major issues with the timing belt. The manager hasn’t gotten back to me it’s been over a week. George was pushy and basically ignored me and tried to just talk to my husband. What kind of 5 year car has this kind of issue? Will not be buying ford again. More

Drove 258 miles because salesman said car was perfect, when I there the car was less than nice, pant was peeling from both quarters in front of the rear wheels and was told not a big deal. Dent on hatch and the rear bumper looked like a fog chewed on it. Very unhappy with salesman and was basically told your loss. 10 hours out of my day and gas/tolls lost, terrible customer service!! This place is a joke This place is a joke. We have left several messages regarding our issue with managers and our sales associate. The sales associates just lies and the This place is a joke. Jeff who works at the front desk is RUDE and needs to learn some customer service skills. George the sales associates is just a liar and Liam the manager just ignores you when you call him. When you go in to talk to someone they all just act like your not even there and have every excuse the book why no one can talk to you or take responsibility for the unprofessionalism they have demonstrated. Please take our advice , stay away from this place. I wish we would have read the reviews before we bought a vehicle from this place. More
