Supporting a Ford Corporation, that didn't take Bail Out. Buying a new vehicle is never at the top of our “To Do List”. In fact, we don’t enjoy it at all. But that was going to change. Our first and only s Buying a new vehicle is never at the top of our “To Do List”. In fact, we don’t enjoy it at all. But that was going to change. Our first and only stop was with Planet Lincoln. We were greeted by Sales Concierge Don Morgan, a knowledgeable, courteous, and informative individual. Don had a previous engagement, but left us in the capable hands of George Adams III. The next few hours were spent with a personable, attentive, experienced, low pressure person. An individual who is worthy of the position he holds of Director of Client Experience. By the time we left George, I was trained on the intuitive technology of our MKX. Training that is important to a new vehicle owner - as it takes the pressure off of “leaving with a vehicle you now know something about”. I can’t begin to capture all the accolades we have for The Planet Lincoln Dealership, nor all of the personable/experienced personnel they have on staff (Sales Concierge Don Morgan who followed thru with everything that had to be done to close our deal, and spent more time with me overseeing all my concerns, a very responsible individual, Service-Mr. White, Finance-Eddie Tullen, Receptionist-Brenda, etc., to name a few), but I can tell you that for the first time my Husband and I, didn’t question our decision to buy this vehicle. The reason – we trust that we have made a purchase with a reputable Dealership, and one that will continue to honor their commitment of excellence and service to us, their customer. Thank you.
