Gene was very amicable, which can be very hard to find in sales at times. Mo Borno, however, exceeding all of my expectations for a salesman. He was incredibly attentive, genuine, reliable and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. His sales manager was the same way. They actually made buying a car a fun experience. This dealership will certainly get all of my business and Mo will be my salesperson of choice. I cannot say enough kind words about him!!! More

Gene really went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He made himself very accessible and valued my input, questions and concerns from start to finish and was honest about his perspective. Finally a dealership who listens first and didn't try to shove a vehicle down my throat. Gene was great to work with and highly recommend. Lastly, love the VW I bought for my daughter. She couldn't believe how nice the Passat was for a 2016. I shopped 10 other dealerships before going to VW of S. Charlotte and wasted a ton of time. Next time I am in the market for another VW I will be heading back. More
