I did finally purchase a Lexus Vehicle Service Plan (VSP), 7yr, 100K miles Platinum, no deductible, which was cheaper than what Sara was offering. Overall, it was a very good purchasing experience. Once I picked the specific vehicle (on Saturday no less), Gary had everything tee'd up and ready to go. I showed up on a Monday at a scheduled time and was driving home with my new vehicle within 30 minutes (this included a trade in). CBB has an eye for desirable cars and it shows in how they staff the team. More
