We had a great experience purchasing from Certified Benz and Beamer We worked with Doug and he helped us find the perfect Model Y for our family. Doug was amazing to work with. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he was quick to find the answer and relay the information to us. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the purchasing process. He knew what we were looking for and had the cars pulled up and ready to test drive when we arrived. It was a very smooth and pleasant car buying experience. Our buying experience at CBB was very good. Doug Kearney was a complete pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We would certainly purchase another vehicle from Doug. Gary Tate was also very pleasant & friendly to work with. Thank you, Gary and Doug, for your help. When it came to finance, I felt Sara was misinformed about Allstate Extended Warr. She pushed hard in trying to sell it, we were not impressed. I did finally purchase a Lexus Vehicle Service Plan (VSP), 7yr, 100K miles Platinum, no deductible, which was cheaper than what Sara was offering. Overall, it was a very good purchasing experience.
