All was great until I purchased. Then nada. Had to call after two weeks to schedule my Scotchgard install because no one called me. Said it would take a few hours. Had to call to fin Then nada. Had to call after two weeks to schedule my Scotchgard install because no one called me. Said it would take a few hours. Had to call to find out it was done. They did mot wash the car to prep for the install. Just wiped off the parts to be installed. Very poor More

Norm was outstanding from the first phone call to leaving the lot with our new GLE 350. Even went above and beyond when we did not get our email of the copies of our sign d papers and got it corrected befor the lot with our new GLE 350. We didn't expect to find our car on our first trip to the showroom. Chris welcomed us to the dealership, listened to our wishlist, and essentially took us directly to the car we ended up purchasing. The purchase experience overall was very smooth, and should deserve 5 stars. I wanted to give three stars because when working with the financing department, I found there were a few more fees not initi should deserve 5 stars. I wanted to give three stars because when working with the financing department, I found there were a few more fees not initially shown on the agreement. The financial guy removed a few of them because they are apparently mistakes, but still charged one more fee. This is all okay, but when I said this was not right because we agreed to a contract without that fee, he basically said "we just charge this, or you don't have to buy this vehicle". I understand that fee may be added automatically by the system. But this attitude of "just suck up and pay, or we don't have to sell you the vehicle" sounds horrible. I decided to give one more star because I later worked with Jennifer Rodriguez. Her knowledge, talking to customers and showing respect and compassion, are all very impressive. She is also super reliable - she told me she'll get the task done the first thing next day and sent me a tracking #, and I indeed found the tracking # in my email the next morning. Thank you Jennifer ! Your skills of working with customers (esp difficult ones like me) should go along way. More
