When he introduced himself he said, "I will do whatever I need to, to earn your business..." and that is exactly what he did. He presented us with the best price the FIRST time. Guy listened to what we wanted and needed. He was patient and knowledgeable. Our time was just as valuable as his and that translated into respect and GREAT customer service. I had checked out a few other vehicle brands when my lease was nearing it's end, but in the end I came back to Toyota because they were able to not only offer the best price for comparable vehicles but our sales person, Guy Pagliano, was so great to work with first time around. Guy really took care of us to make sure our needs were met and Jen made the close out process so easy for us. I would highly recommend them both and Hartford Toyota. My husband and I plan to keep Toyota at the top of our list for our next vehicles! More
