Upgraded from 2011 to 2015 Camry XLE This is my 2nd purchase of a new Camry from Hartford Toyota, so obviously I've been very pleased with both the sales and service departments. When I decided on a new car, I never even considered another dealer even though I have three Toyota dealers closer to my house. I've used 2 other Service departments and although I've never had bad service, Hartford shines above the others. My salesman was Gaetano "Guy" and he provided a positive sales experience. Very knowledgeable about the difference between the old and new Camry and was very thorough with his detailed descriptions. He also listened to me when I first arrived and talked about what I liked and disliked about my previous experience and did not waste my time when we decided on what cars to test drive. Bottom line - If you are considering a Toyota - Go to Hartford Toyota FIRST! More

Best experience in buying a car! From the very first email from Tina Zarlenga who directed us to to our salesman, Guy Pagliano and our final payment arrangements with Tony Mumtaz our From the very first email from Tina Zarlenga who directed us to to our salesman, Guy Pagliano and our final payment arrangements with Tony Mumtaz our experience could not have been better. Tina was most helpful in getting the information we needed on the Prius V that we were interested in. We confirmed an appointment only after she made sure the car was still available and moved to outside the showroom so that it was ready for a test drive. After the receptionist greeted me at the door by my first name, which right away set the tone, she introduced me personally to Tina who then introduced me to Guy who took over from that point on. Guy without a doubt was very informative, knowledgeable, and genuine. He went with me for a test drive and explained lots about the car that was new to me. We already owned a 2008 prius so there were many similarities. After our test drive we sat down and went over figures. Everything hinged on the trade in value of our car to make the deal work. Guy worked hard to get us our price so that I was able to sign and put a deposit down that day on the new Prius V. He went above and beyond to work with his management team and me to be able to finalize the sale of the car. Never did I expect to walk away that day having purchased a new car. I was elated and thrilled that it came to fruition. All I had to do was tell my husband who had just left for Texas on business!! When we spoke that night he, too was surprised that I actually bought the car, but happy it all worked out and it was a done deal. He then listened to me about how wonderful my experience was with everyone I came in contact with. When the day came for us to pick up the car, once again everyone was very genuine and super friendly. Guy went over all the details and features of the car, even setting up entunes and my phone to the blue tooth. He also took care of the registration which was made more difficult given it was in Massachusetts. He was very accommodating and happy to do it. I will definitely buy at Hartford Toyota in the future and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to my friends. More

He was very throrough in making certain that whatever we were buying was going to be a good fit for our needs. Gaetano was also detailed with clear and precise explanations of the details of our new car leaving us with no questions but offering an open door to him, if any concerns should arise.
