HORRIBLE PLACE! In November of 2022 my husband and I purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition from this dealership. For starters it was a hassle to get the 2nd key fob that In November of 2022 my husband and I purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition from this dealership. For starters it was a hassle to get the 2nd key fob that was promised to us after pushing the blame off onto their GA store. After many attempts, we FINALLY got it. There has been constant mechanical issues with this vehicle. The first time we brought it in was February 2023, just 3 months after purchasing. Due to the distance we started using a dealership closer to us. We have taken this vehicle in to be repaired several times. July 2023 we took it in twice lasting into August (after it broke down on us during a short road trip), November 2023 it was in twice (once for 3.5 weeks), January (for a little over a month) ALL to do with transmission issues. Come to find out this vehicle had some transmission concerns notated from their Ga. store that we were NOT informed of! Now as of February 2024 (we still don't have the vehicle back) it is in the shop due to a module (over $500 due to not being covered under warranty). Driving down the road we start losing power to everything... window controls, AC/Heater whichever is on at that moment turns off, no controls on my dash work (volume, temp controls, fan speed, etc.), my airbags TURN OFF, Blind Spot System Fault, cross traffic System Fault and airbag warning lights pop up on my dash, along with pages of other communication failures (Powertrain being one of them) have been printed out by the dealership that also came up when this happened. This vehicle is completely UNSAFE to drive and it's our "FAMILY" vehicle to transport CHILDREN. The Sales GM asked for the proof of visits. So, I sent it to him and now he won't return our calls. I've also reached out to the the GM of the store (which is above the Sales GM) with no response what so ever! I would never recommend this place to anyone! We just want a refund so we can go somewhere else to get something reliable instead of a safety hazard! More

I have been buying cars and SUVs since 1969. After 52 years of buying vehicles - this was the best salesmanship I have witnessed and the best sales result I have ever had. Both David Kraus and Isaiah Price did outstanding jobs. They demonstrated devoted commitment to both the welfare of the customer and to the success of Beaver Toyota - a balance that only the best salesmen can maintain. Mr. Kraus diligently spent three days selling the product and overcoming several challenges to the deal. He initiated contact with me about a unique opportunity to buy the Corolla Cross SUV. He had developed a tracking-system.that identified me as a potential customer; then followed up and never waivered until the sale was completed. I am an attorney and very difficult to satisfy about all the details. David's attention to detail is the best I have witnessed in a salesperson. At the same time, he does not get lost in the details; he manages the big issues reasonably and with outstanding judgment. David Kraus should be groomed for higher executive positions in the Toyota corporation. While he has a brilliant business acumen; he is down to earth, personable, confident, easy to talk with, and demonstrates great common sense. Toyota has a great asset in Mr. Kraus. Isaiah Price is a rising star as well - with a confidence, strength, forcefulness and presence that inspires confidence in the customer about the Toyota product. I love the Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE they sold me. It's as if Toyota had designed and manufactured a vehicle just for me: IT'S PERFECT! In the foreseeable future, I will be back to purchase an even more expensive vehicle from Beaver Toyota. I want to add that on his own initiative Jerry May started the whole process that lead to the sale. He introduced me to the Corolla Cross model several months ago, when I brought in my Toyota RAV-4 for regularly scheduled maintenance at Beaver Toyota. Jerry then followed up by email and text, so that my interest in the Corolla Cross grew - until David Kraus recognized it in his tracking-system and completed the sale. Gabriel Saling, the Beaver Toyota General Sales Manager, ultimately made the decision about the sale and the specifics of the deal. While I did not personally meet him, I could see he was very fair - perfectly maintaining the balance between the welfare of the customer and the success of Beaver Toyota. He exceeded my expectations in discerning that my 2022 lease agreement with Beaver Toyota for the RAV-4, had an unusual "money down" provision, which he resolved with the wisdom of Solomon. Seth Cameron followed up the sales process with expert financial work. He easily developed a rapport with me, as if I had known him all my life. He answered all my questions about the paperwork, which generated a confidence in him and Beaver Toyota. Now I can say it: WOW!!! More

His sales manager, Gabe introduced himself and also presented me with options that allowed me to make and feel confident in the decision I was making. Beaver Toyota itself is really on top of it from how well organized their Internet and display of products and high number of pictures to the cleanliness and organization of the dealership really shown me how much they care for their customers experience. This is my first time dealing with Beaver Toyota I have already referred several friends, and I’m honored to make the switch from Coggin of Jacksonville to Beaver of Saint Augustine.
