I was able to send over my application quickly and needed documents to get the ball rolling while I wasn't there, which helps when you are a working mother and wife. I can tell he worked day and night on trying to get me the best payment option. When we finally arrived at the dealership, Mike was outstanding and efficient with getting us into our new family vehicle. Signing the papers was a breeze and fun. They even made our kids feel welcomed. Ever since my purchase, I have been singing Valerio and Mike's praise. As long as they work at Russ Darrow, I will never go to a different dealership for future purchases. More
