I have already written a review of the experience, but I will restate that it was not good. This was the second such occasion where the return of my vehicle was delayed for parts and labor. I have also noti will restate that it was not good. This was the second such occasion where the return of my vehicle was delayed for parts and labor. I have also noticed a vibration in my front end when I apply my brakes. I had the struts and ball joints replaced in the front end. The service person who took my vehicle in was very nice and professional but the repair operation leaves much room for improvement. I did offer to place a deposit on parts ordered, and to be called when they were in to eliminate delays but was told no that could not be done. More
