Mercedes of Natick Crew Part 2 Wayne Proctor in parts is so friendly. He will not give up on till he find parts you have been looking. He even stayed after hours this past Friday to help me out. I always give him hard tasks. Finding parts for my father's 280sl through Mercedes Classic Car Center. Wayne is knowledge and the man to see. Giovanni Cruz always takes care of me with rental cars he makes it so painless and easy. My family and I always exchange cars so we need to be on each others rental car agreements. He knows I dis like SUVs because I drive a coupe. So he always gets me in a sedan. So I don't feel out of place. The policy is ready with the sedan cleaned and gassed up so I can hit road without losing any time. Fred Romsey is the back bone of the service Department. He is clam, friendly, and a straight shooter. He has filled in as an service advisor for me many times. He has never treated like less of a client then his regular clients. I have even watched him with difficult clients. This guy kept calling him Frank. Fred kept his cool and played it off. Fred is very Classy. Alyssa Crowe she has always been a pleasant person to see and work with. She usually will see me on a Saturday. The service works less hours and is not fully staffed so they need to get a lot more done in less time with a few people working. She is always cheerful and pleasant. More

Herb Chambers Natick Outstanding! Let me preface my review with a bit of history about my relationship with Mr. Chambers, what would be the best word.......horrible. In the last twelve months we have purchased an Alpina B7 (which was in a wreck and never disclosed) and Porsche 911 (BMW Sudbury), and a Bentley (Bentley Boston). These experiences were necessity due to the cars we wanted, not because we would do business with them, and had sworn Herb off. With that said this review is not to state our dissatisfaction with others, history, but to point out our going to Herb Chambers Natick was a total face palm, but once again they had the car we wanted, in a rare color. Admittedly we went looking to battle, or just give in, be treated with a lack of respect for our business, have to fight and leave. Get service somewhere else and write it off. To make this point our Alpina B7 goes to Wagner, Chris Cooper, because he treats us like friends. On to the face palm that was to be Natick. We were met by Miki Farris who came to meet us at the door, and was extremely nice, (this has NEVER happened at another HC dealership) and listened to our needs. The car we wanted was at another dealer/lot. He immediately sent for the car and assigned Joyce to our deal. Both were extremely nice. At first site we knew we wanted the car, G550 in this green/grey color. My wife's dream car in the only color she ever wanted, and a color that is never available. She was in love and I truly wanted this day she waited for so long to be special, she works hard for what she has, and I think car dealers forget that we work so hard to spend our money with them, at least Sudbury and Bentley do. Joyce explained the car, Miki over saw the deal and finally we meet with Zini, the finance manager. When you get to the finance mgr it is like being interrogated by the police, your life out there for the world. Even with excellent credit, you feel degraded by most. Zine is everything we never expected, professional, understanding and guy that absolutely 100% will tell you what he can get done and get it done. He told us to go have lunch and he would call us in a bit. We go over to legal seafood and before we could order the wine, deal was done, not only done, but to our terms. Just like that Miki, Joyce and Zini put my wife in the car of her dreams, done. And for once it was nice to see her happy with the car experience. As we were leaving were waiting for the other shoe to fall, for the "but you have to......" never came. Then they offered to do the venture shield, make sure the car was perfect and deliver the car. I was, we were in shock. We left wondering what had just happened. We literally had to fight over our other deals, when by the way that is the last thing a customer wants, to be defensive just because that is the expectation of a car deal. Finally we pick up the car, and the delivery was done INSIDE (this was also a new one for us) the building, going over all the buttons and functions. With certainty, this delivery was exceptional and made the deliveries of the Alpina and certainly the Bentley a joke, a spade a spade. We were in fact so impressed by this team, we bought another car. Another car Herb!! we swore you off, broke up with you, threw away the ring, and now you had us at ...Natick. We bought a GLA bright red, loaded, and the without a doubt the most fun car I have ever driven. I have owned the BMW X1,X3,X5 and X6 and I will take the GLA any day. I love cars, I have owned them all and the GLA is a very cool car. MB is fresh, their designs are cool and their attention to what people want is refreshing, where as BMW is so stale. Back to the guys at Natick, once again delivery, financing, Joyce, Miki, Zine and the manager Michael Collins (yes while the GM of Sudbury hides in his glass tower, Mr. Collins is right there for the customer, novel? All helped and we had the car. Beyond this, check this, Miki in conversation heard I was never offered venture shield on the new Bentley, by Bentley Boston, and Natick put it on for FREE. Why? because for the first time we were a valued customer, and I believe friends. We will never buy a MB from another dealer, and we will buy a lot more MB's from Natick. Herb, Natick is your Malcom Butler, picking of a pass at the 1 yard line with 20 seconds left, winning your super bowl. If I could be so bold, given the amount of cars I have bought in the last year, (1M) the Natick store SHOULD BE YOUR TRAINING STORE FOR ALL OTHERS. When you buy a lot of cars you just expect the battle. That is all we have gotten from others in your company. Natick should be in everyone of your stores showing them how to treat people, how to make people smile, because their style makes people like us spend 200K in 1 weekend without trepidation, because it was FUN and EASY . To us, at the end of the day, a car deal is business, but it can be respectful and it can even be fun, which I believe is the point. Every car I buy should make me feel 16 again, not only did Natick accomplish this, they saved our business with your chain. We live in Utah, and we will come to the east coast in a minute to see our friends at Natick - I wish I could find the words to describe my utter disappointment in the other cars from your company, and how these folks at Natick saved that business for you, how they treated us, it was great. I wish you would actually read my comments, and see a couple who collects cars, who spent $1M in 12 months, had written you off, and NATICK has our business for life. The others, not so much...... BTW, just something I find funny. Natick has the best service ever, they did my Bentley Venture Shield, as I was not offered it at Bentley, they stepped up and handled someone else's fumble to ensure our happiness. Anyway, Bentley, big expensive cars, service, none, customer service, none, and the waiting area, two couches, 3 doughnuts and a kurig. Natick, the best cranberry bread, brownies, ice cream, movies, and I can watch my car - are you kidding me. They even email us with what movies are playing. And while you relax the people who helped you with the purchase remember you name, they check in with you, they KNOW you are there - I am old school, you sell yourself first, then the car....these guys just get it. Natick MB is the best dealership I have ever worked with, lucky for you Herb, you have one diamond in the pile. Which is surprising how they are so different. Just love these guy. Anyone thinking about a BMW, or comparable, check out the MB products and talk to Natick, you will not be disappointed.......... Best Brian Bennett More

over the years i have bought 26 cars here. fred wentzell is a genuine gentleman, responsive and attentive, knowledgeable and current about the cars and systems (which technology befuddles me sometimes). i is a genuine gentleman, responsive and attentive, knowledgeable and current about the cars and systems (which technology befuddles me sometimes). i think the most important thing i can say is that fred unfailingly makes time to help me. it is clear to me that i matter to him, something i can't say easily about so many people in his position. it doesn't matter if i'm buying an E class or an SLS AMG (both of which i have bought recently), or anything in between, fred takes the time to attend all the details and for me to feel serene about the car and the process. fred romsey is a prince of a service advisor, thorough and attentive. he is unswervingly fair about his guidance, doesn't miss anything but never overdoes it. jamie mc cracken has been steady and supportive whenever i have needed him. i can't say i spend as much time with him as i do with fred wentzell or even fred romsey, but he is always available and supportive. it's a great team. for me, picking the dealer is more important than picking the car because no matter how exciting the new car is, i become acclimated. but the ongoing relationship is what keeps me coming back. there's a reason i have stayed loyal to this place for so many years. Within hours I received a call from Steve Boston who was on a day off along with the assistance of Fred Romsey and Tom Bolton that they solved my problem which was a costly part that was no longer under warranty.The attention I received with my problem was extraordinary. I've dealt with Steve Boston and the staff at the Natick dealership several times in the past and they always make you feel like your family. I would recommand this dealership to anyone. i have been a customer for 30 years and bought 20 new cars here. fred wentzell is more knowledgeable about the cars than any sales professional i have ever met. his deliveries usually take 2 1/2 or 3 ho cars here. fred wentzell is more knowledgeable about the cars than any sales professional i have ever met. his deliveries usually take 2 1/2 or 3 hours because he insists on being thorough, and he suggests coming back for more "orientation". he is unfailingly cheerful and always available to help me regardless if my question has nothing to do with buying a new car. i just had service for one of my cars and my wife's car. the work was done right the first time, and the cars returned in perfect order. in addition, the management has always advocated for me in terms of finding and securing a car of my choice within a reasonable time period. i would recommend to anyone. More
