I had to bring in my new truck for a light on the dash said parking brake repair needed , must bring it in seven day . So l did and they said it wasn’t covered under warranty because the brake line and wa said parking brake repair needed , must bring it in seven day . So l did and they said it wasn’t covered under warranty because the brake line and was caused by road damage . It took a whole month for the parts to come in !!! More

Tech over tighten drain plug! There is no reason for me to me to double wreck a drain plug. And I had a lifter fail so I had to remove the drain plug. Oh, my goodness, where to start. We took our Enclave back to service on Monday December 28. 2020, 5 days after having had previous service that in and of itself took forever to repair. Got a call Monday back to service on Monday December 28. 2020, 5 days after having had previous service that in and of itself took forever to repair. Got a call Monday evening that the Enclave was not looked at, so we were given a loaner. Surprised because when we had a brake issue they were looking at for a second time, they made us schedule an appointment a month in advance to get a loaner. We heard back on Saturday January 2, 2021 that the issue was a bad battery. There was absolutely no sense of urgency in getting our car repaired or helping us resolve the issue. On January 4th, the service advisor informed us that management said to take the vehicle back to the dealership we bought it from. But what if we had bought our car out of state or in another town in Texas, would that have still been his answer? We requested that the manager call us based on this response. Since we did not get a call back from the manager, we assumed that the vehicle was being serviced (good customer service), but this was not the case. We never got a call or spoke to the manager through this whole ordeal. On January 6th, when we requested an update on our vehicle, the service adviser again told us we needed to take it back to original place of purchase because they refused to service the vehicle. After a week and 3 days, we picked up the unrepaired vehicle and drove it to the dealership down the freeway. It was repaired and back to us in less than two hours. They kept our car for a week and 4 days for a less than 2-hour repair! Absolutely unacceptable! More
