Let me tell you from the time I walked into the dealership they made me feel special. My sales person was Francisco and we hit off from the door. I told him I didn’t want to be in there long and he dealership they made me feel special. My sales person was Francisco and we hit off from the door. I told him I didn’t want to be in there long and he ensured I wasn’t in there. I have been trying to trade my car in for the longest and universal got me what I needed and I’m so pleased. I went there yesterday to get a new vehicle. Being fresh out of a bankruptcy, it’s REALLY hard to find a dealership that can get you approved with a bank without jumping through a million hoops Being fresh out of a bankruptcy, it’s REALLY hard to find a dealership that can get you approved with a bank without jumping through a million hoops & making you go broke. I wasn’t really expecting to be able to drive away with a new car yesterday, but Francisco Velez took very good care of me & got me a car! It was such an easy & seamless experience.
