We will start off by saying if you have never visited Imperial Cars it is worth the trip and great place to purchase a vehicle! We arrived and was greeted by Firas Ektilah, he was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. It sounds like a cliché, but we hit it off like this guys been our friend for years. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we were interested in, for a price that we were comfortable with, no hassles, just courteous, polite and relaxed negotiations. Also want to mention David Boratyn and Omar Ihjul. David helped with our trade-in and Omar assisted with financing and lets just say, he knows his numbers and we both learned something new about the process. Firas, David and Omar Ihjul are all professional, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We most definitely will return to Imperial Cars for our future purchases and highly recommend them to our family and friends. More

Over the years, after my first purchase at Imperial, I have been recommending Imperial Cars to my friends and family members and have not heard a negative comment from them. I went there expecting to just take a look but I ended up buying the car and leaving it with it that day. And I am not an impulse buyer! Firas was great. In the medical community uses the term 'bedside manner' to describe great empathic care. I wish there were a similar term for non-medical professionals. From the moment I engaged with the dealership - from Chris on the phone, Bruce who I was to meet at the dealership, Firas, and Omar, the Business Manager who did my financing - the entire team exudes something positive and usually elusive at car dealerships. To plagiarize another dealer's commercial, I never felt like they, and particularly Firas, were trying to sell me car, but rather they were helping me buy one. More

He was very helpful in setting me up with the right salesperson. Then I met Firas Ektilah. Very professional. He totally understood my situation and sprung into action. It was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. To assist was Finance guru Omar Ihjul. What an excellent TEAM. After the car was mine things needed to be done before I could take my car home. It took a few days but I received a phone call daily from Firas Ektilah. Having made the choice I did by going to Imperial Chevy has ended a total 6 hours per day getting to work in Worcester from Milford. Seemed endless...Now I've reached that light at the end of the tunnel. You guys are amazing. Firas I would most assuredly send people your way. David B...well done...great TEAM!!! Santos Cruzado the Internet Sales Manager helped us make our way into the dealership and made us feel right at home where we met with Firas Etkilah the sales consultant. Firas took his time and really took an interest in what we were looking for in a car. He let us test drive and look at the cars we were interested in. If we didn't like a particular car he showed us different options. He really went above and beyond to make sure we found a car we loved. We then came in contact with the David Boratyn the sales manager. He helped come up with quotes that fit our budget and explained the different options we had. We then met with Mike Docuoto the finance manager and although it was getting late he stopped at nothing to make sure we got everything we needed to finalize the car buying process. He willingly stayed late with no complaints and answered any questions we had. Needless to say we had a great and smooth car buying experience. Everyone we came in contact was friendly and willing to help. I would recommend Imperial Cars to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
