I am more than happy with my recent experience of buying a 2014 Checy Cruze. I pride myself in being a Chevy girl and now I am proud to say that I am part of the Advantage family. The experience of buying my new car was fast, easy and delightful. I was so scared walking in to being in a dealership for hours and dealing with the back and forth. Mike and Chris worked great together with Mr.Brown in getting me in and out of the dealership and on my way in my new car. From the moment you walk in, you experience the best customer service from being greeted with a smile to their follow up phone calls. I recommend anyone who is hesitant to step into a dealership to stop in Advantage and experience the high quality sales experience I did. From Chris knowledge on the vehicles, to Mike Armstrong working on getting me the best deal, to Jason Roberts, general sales manager, assuring me I was getting a great deal. We would recommend this dealership because of their high quality customer service. Buying a car could not have been any easier. Fabian was excellent in answering all of our questions, getting us the infor quality customer service. Buying a car could not have been any easier. He did not rush us and was very thorough in making sure we understood all of the paperwork and features of our new car. I was immediatly greeted upon walking in. I had made an appointment With Fabian Murillo. I was specifically looking for a chevy Equinox. He proceeded to show me options that were available. We then test drove the car while he showed me all the features I was unfamilar with. We. sat down at his station. He went over the differences between leasing and purchasing. He then allowed for my 2006 Chevy Equinox to be appraised for trade in. I decided to put money from my trade to purchase a new Equinox. He ran my credit and worked on a payment option.I have never purchased a new car and Fabian made my experience enjoyable. When we agreed to the final price and financing, he sent me to sign paperwork with Mr. Reilly. Fabian had my car cleaned and transferrred my licence plates. Then, he went with me to fill up the tank with gas and set up the onstar program. I felt that Fabian was very professional and his communication skills are top notch. More

So we all know the run of the mill dealer experience. You come in, you're immediately hounded by over-eager, presumptuous salesmen looking to shove you back out the door with a new car... NOT my experienc come in, you're immediately hounded by over-eager, presumptuous salesmen looking to shove you back out the door with a new car... NOT my experience at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins, whatsoever. I was casually and politely greeted by staff near the front desk, and felt welcomed, informed, and heard throughout the entire experience. Fabian and the rest of the team were awesome, and ended up getting me a great deal on a 2013 Cruze so I could stay within my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would not hesitate to recommend Fabian and Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins to friends and family. More

You Guys made,Buying my New Avalanche !!! an awesome experience ,yes it took long, yes a lot of paperwork, yes a lot of haggling on price !!! But what do you expect ,when purchasing a new vehicle !!! This is My 3rd Avalanche & if there is one thing that Made this Bad it's I wont be able to buy a new one again, And That's out of your control , Your team work very hard getting me into this awesome truck ,My team did the same in keeping to our budget, the avalanche came with a scratch !!! Mike Armstrong set me up to come back and have it fixed, GREAT right as I was leaving, Mark Ott , ask me how I like my new Avalanche? I told its great ,that I had to come back for a scratch repair !!! He stop the presses had a body man come right there & then 15mins.later out the door ,felt like a king !!! so when I say you took great care of me ,that's what I mean THX ADVATAGE !!! thanks for not taking advantage of me More

This is in reference to the excellent service I received at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins. After a bad car accident, we were in the market for a used car. I spent a lot of time looking online for used c at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins. After a bad car accident, we were in the market for a used car. I spent a lot of time looking online for used cars in the area. I finally found a car that interested me with low miles and a decent price. I went to the dealership and was greeted by a salesman. He asked me what I was interested in and showed me the car I saw on www.hodgkinschevrolet.com. After seeing what I liked, we took it for a test drive. Impressed with the car, we went inside to start talking numbers. The salesman Gus seemed to be a relatively newer employee at the dealership who needed a little assistance on beginning the buying process. I was then introduced to Fabian, another salesman and the definition of a team player who helped Gus move forward with the deal. Fabian was professional, nice, and not pushy about anything. He worked with us on the price and got to where we needed to be without any hassle. Before buying the used car, we also saw a brand new Chevy Sonic outside that caught our eye. Even though we had been working on this used car deal for a while, Fabian was patient with us, and took us for another test drive this time in the new Sonic. He was very knowledgable in new cars sales. He explained and demonstrated all the features of the new Sonic extremely well. After thinking it over between the used and the new car, we went with the new Sonic. And we love the new car! Overall, my experience with Advantage Chevrolet is a positive one. They strive to please their customers, are fair, and provide a pleasurable car buying experience. I would recommend this dealer and will definitely recommend Fabian to my friends and family. More

Best experience ever!!!! I went to two other dealers and had a bad experience with trying to get a new car. They wanted to much and was not very friendly. The team at Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins had had a bad experience with trying to get a new car. They wanted to much and was not very friendly. Our experience with Advantage was overall very satisfactory. Considering what we wanted was not at the dealership, they found what we needed in a very timely mannor. We found the price on the new car and the offer on the trade-in very fair. And finally,the sales agent was more than profesional, he was frendly and very helpful even after the sale was completed.
