Stress free purchase, deal with Fabian! My boyfriend had a great experience back in January, so I decided to check out their inventory and stop by. Although our first visit it was not as pleasant, the second time I went in there ( since I fell in love with a Chevy Malibu), I asked for a different salesperson and Fabian was our guy. I am very happy that I went back! Fabian was very professional and patient with me, although we came right before closing time. I was surprise how stress free and easy he made this experience for us. Since I was a first time car buyer I was expecting the total opposite. He took his time with us, did not rush us at all and worked to meet our budget on the car, so I was pleased to give him my business. I know I will go back to him on my next purchase and will recommend him to everybody! he's amazing! More

Not worth it I purchased a car on 05/03/14 and was not able to drive it until 07/01/14. That was GM's fault, not the deaer. However, the staff seem to have a diffe I purchased a car on 05/03/14 and was not able to drive it until 07/01/14. That was GM's fault, not the deaer. However, the staff seem to have a different attitude toward you once they have your money. They gave me a loaner for 2 weeks out of the 2 months that I waited for my vehicle, so that part was kind of nice. But, they acted like I owed them something because they gave me the loaner. They called me several times and told me my car would be ready- it wasn't. This went on for about a week. Once I picked up the car, they left it with a qurter of a tank. They also lost the owners manual and floor mats. When they were confronted, they kept bringing up the fact that they gave me a loaner. They were told that this was appreciated, but it had nothing to do with what I was talking about. They were supposed to fix a sway bar link that was making a clunking noise, car is still clunking. Needless to say I won't be going back at all in the future. I'm finding another dealership for both service and future purchases. More

We went to Advanage Chevy where an ambitious young man nicknamed Moe greeted my wife and I on the lot not 3 minutes after we arrived and he asked us "what kind of car we were looking for?" Having done our homework we told Moe in detail. He told us," he would ask his superior." Not 10 minutes later the vehicle was presented to us for a test ride. We drove home the 2014 Malibu 2hrs later thanks to Fabian Murillo, Dennis Reily, Mark Ott and Moe at a great price. More

Best Dealership In Chicago Never had a wonderful time at a car dealership . Many people would say or tv shows would make fun of how car dealerships try to con you to buying some Never had a wonderful time at a car dealership . Many people would say or tv shows would make fun of how car dealerships try to con you to buying something you don't want, something that is too expensive, or even being rude and only seeing a dollar sign on a customer. I was mislead greatly by the service and dedication of the sales team at advantage Chevrolet. They showed and prove me wrong in how they take care of their customers. From the moment u walk in the door. I was in great hands. Not only did they greet and gave me a tour of their facility but work with me throughout my personal needs. every team member acknowledged I was there they were so friendly. Through the whole process they work with me professionally and help me in purchasing a new vehicle . But that's not all after everything was done sales member even took the time to show me the features before I left the lot. all team members we're amazing for now on my family and friends and also me with be a life time and generations to come customers. Thank you for your help Advantage Chevrolet you really brighten my day with the pride you take in your work More
