I forgot to add, Ethan said “we didn’t ask for you to take your car here. You can take your car to another dealership.” Maybe you guys should play his tape and hear for yourself. But yes, I’m glad JJ took over. His service was EXCELLENT.

To our valued guest. In response to the drought crisis in California, Longo Toyota temporarily suspended complimentary car washes starting July 2021 to present. Coupon is handed out to our guest to either enjoy a free tall coffee | tea during their service stay and or to use the coupon for a complimentary car wash redeemable at a later date.
