Great experience! The service advisor, Ethan, and the tech, Luke, that worked on my car (M6) were professional, knowledgable and friendly. Both took time to explain what was needed and what was done. We bought a certified pre-owned 328 from David Hackett. He was great to work with - very knowledgeable BMW enthusiast who believes in the product and actually drives one too (I am typically turned off by s He was great to work with - very knowledgeable BMW enthusiast who believes in the product and actually drives one too (I am typically turned off by salesmen who don't even drive the kind of car they sell). He stayed 2 hours after the dealership closed to deliver our car (and he was completely thorough) and he did an excellent job of staying in touch after we took delivery of the car to address any questions or concerns we had. We've also been very pleased with our service adviser, Ethan. Our car recently had an unexpected need for service(!!!), and although no loaners were available (because we had to bring the car in on such short notice), he supplied us with a rental car free of charge! I would definitely buy another car from them and I will continue to use their service department. Would recommend. More

I own two vehicles. One is a BMW. I won't disclose what the other vehicle is as this is not a smear campaign. I can however, disclose that my service experience has been as different as night and day. Taking my beemer into Daniels for service is just about the same as taking my child to the pediatrician. From the level of knowledge that they have about my car to the care and courtesy that goes into the overall experience, I always leave Daniels happier that I went and confident that my beamer is going to be just fine. Their investment in product knowledge, courtesy, comfort, convenience and style have made Daniels BMW the Utopia of service experiences. Thanks Daniels. More

The sales department is the best I've ever dealt with, but the service department at this dealership is to die for. The service people and technicians are the friendliest, most honest and attentive ca but the service department at this dealership is to die for.
