A great car buying experence Just purchased a 550IX from Daniels BMW. I worked with Greg Clarke who showed me three different vehicles I was interested in. I am delighted with his help and as this is the fifth BMW I have purchased from Daniels I assure you I would not keep buying from them if the sales and service wasn't great. More

I keep going back - best dealer, best cars! I've now purchased 3 BMWs from Daniels BMW. They have a great website that's mobile friendly to find the exact vehicle you are looking for. Then the I've now purchased 3 BMWs from Daniels BMW. They have a great website that's mobile friendly to find the exact vehicle you are looking for. Then their sales folks (in particular Carrie Fortune) are outstanding - she goes way above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you need and is super responsive. With each car, I always request Ethan Harbison for managing my service experience. Even the simple things, I'm in meetings all the time and can't return/answer the phone - everyone at Daniels is accessible via email and txt. While that seems like it should be the norm, I've purchased cars from other dealers that didn't have email and everything had to be via phone. If you purchase your vehicle there, they also provide loaners - just makes it so easy when juggling all the crazy family schedules. Thanks Daniels team! More

Superb I just recently bought my third BMW from Daniels. They are not the closest BMW dealership to my home but they are by far the best. It all starts with the sales representative you work with,he is the face that represents the company. On all three occasions Dave Hackett represented Daniels. I found Dave to be professional, extremely knowledgable and with with high integrity, three rare qualities in today's business environment. I find Dave extremely easy to talk to and if I have any questions, I feel very comfortable calling Dave. I know I will get the answer. More

Also, Mr. Dan Corradini, Sales Manager and Mr. Joe Grazer, Business Manager performed their professional contributions. I purchased my first certified used 2005 BMW Z4 with 8200 miles April 16, 2007 and drove the car for 50,000 miles, until I traded the car back to Daniels BWM September 30, 2013 for a certified used 2011 BMW Z4 with 8100 miles. I started my car the other morning and it sounded like a helicopter - the engine loud, not firing smoothly, uneven, almost shaking the vehicle body. Service Engine light came on. I immediately called Daniel helicopter - the engine loud, not firing smoothly, uneven, almost shaking the vehicle body. Service Engine light came on. I immediately called Daniels BMW and Debbie answered, and recognized me immediately. GREAT to be acknowledged and welcomed on the first pick up of the phone. I explained the problem, she suggested I come in right away and see Ethan my service advisor. I had to make a stop on the way and we set a rough time. What dealer says 'come right in, I'll tell your advisor (and actually KNOWS me and who my advisor is). Daniels BMW. Ethan Harbison, my respected and customer oriented advisor, was welcoming, wiggled me in between clients, and took care of those scheduled clients while my car was being placed back in the service que - as I would expect. My car was immediately sent back to service, and I knew it would be seen as soon as possible. I waited in the client waiting area, read some of a paperback book, snagged two complimentary diet sodas, and was kept up to date on the status of my car by Ethan. Once a diagnosis was known, I was reassured that it would be taken care of immediately under extended warranty. I drove away before close of business with a smoothly running and repaired car, which was also washed. Yay! In addition Ethan determined that the vehicle was due for additional service, we reviewed options and scheduled an appointment for next week. My experience is the best example of BMW service. Daniels sets a terrific standard not met by Sonnen BMW in Marin, SF BMW in SF or Stevens Creek BMW in Silicon Valley. To make a call when a vehicle is not running well, be recognized by Debbie and assured that I would be taken care of, and to have the vehicle repaired 'on the fly' that very day while I waited, with only a few hours notice, was a tremendous experience. Ethan is a superb service manager, and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the efforts he made to take care of my car successfully. More

Ethan Harbison is my service adviosr. He is very patient with me and goes above and beyone to resolve any issues I may have. I have always enjoyed brinig my cars there. I had three visits to Daniels this past summer for my BMW 2003 325xi; two in June and one in July. My original battery finally died and needed replacement, a thermostat and front brakes needed replacement, a 2003 325xi; two in June and one in July. My original battery finally died and needed replacement, a thermostat and front brakes needed replacement, and the water pump needed replacement. Two of the three visits were "emergency" in nature and Ethan, my service consultant, was very accommodating and made sure repairs were done in a timely manner. The battery situation also involved two attempts to have the car towed to Daniels by AAA; the first resulted in damage to the front grill by an operator who never got my car off my driveway! By the time a second tow truck arrived and took my car to Daniels it was too late for the car to be serviced after the car was assessed. Ethan immediately requested a rental car from Hertz (funded by Daniels) so I had transportation until my battery was replaced and the grill repaired. I sincerely appreciate the professional service provided at Daniels. I have had my car serviced there since I purchased it in July 2003. I want to thank Ethan for all of his assistance in getting my car back on the road each time I have had a service appointment or an emergency situation. More

My 530XI was out of warranty so I decided to try and save money on service by using a 3rd party facility. I had persistent problems with handling after having my brakes replaced. They replaced my bushings, money on service by using a 3rd party facility. I had persistent problems with handling after having my brakes replaced. They replaced my bushings, breaks and I even put four new tires on. The shimmy was still evident. I brought the car into Daniels with my head hanging for sure. Ethan and team fixed all my issues and the car rides like new again. Good service, fair price and I am now back to using my Dealer for service again. I learned that there is a lot to BMW factory authorized parts after all. Thanks Ethan. See you in a year. More
