He just asked that I inform him if we chose to go elsewhere because he was not going "to bug us". I was at ease with him, not so with some other sales people at other dealerships. When we decided to purchase the Forester the dealership even sent a Lyft driver to pick me up as I had no one to take me to get the vehicle. Great experience and I love the vehicle. More

After having more questions and considering more options, Esteban took over, given that Dan was on vacation. Esteban was extremely knowledgeable, gave me many options, and took me on another test drive, allocating time at the end of his working day. Esteban was extremely informative, and also served as great company and conversation partner throughout the process. Grace gracefully handled the final paperwork, and I got my brand new Crosstrek 4 days earlier than scheduled. Hopefully it will serve me well many years to come. More

This is the 5th Subaru my husband and I have had (we have both leased and owned) and several of these have come from Groove Subaru. We keep going back because we are clearly a Subaru family, but also because both leased and owned) and several of these have come from Groove Subaru. We keep going back because we are clearly a Subaru family, but also because everyone that has helped us over the years have all been excellent! This time around we had the pleasure of working with Esteban and Jeremy. I can easily say that both guys went above and beyond for us. Esteban was patient with all my questions, taking the time to explain why (whenever I didn’t quite understand the process or reason for something). Esteban made finding the right car painless and thought I hope to keep this car for the foreseeable future- I would feel grateful to have him as our salesman again! Jeremy helped us complete the process of buying the new car with the financing part of things. I was shocked to find out he had gone ahead and secured the best financing possible for me (significantly better than I had anticipated) after I had called the night before with concerns about rising rates. Jeremy was also patient, making sure I fully understood the options for warranties/added protection. He did not pressure me, but rather I felt he was really making sure we got what we needed. Groove Subaru has once again impressed us, and when we are ready for Subaru number 6- we will be back!! More
