When things got a little tricky and the manager on duty, Mark Ingleby, did NOT extend the greatest customer service or follow through (to say the least), Devon remained calm, interested and and sincere in his care and concern. We would recommend Devon's expertise and general service to our friends looking for a Nissan. Also, Ruben in the detail shop was amazing as well. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction was top notch! He went above and beyond in order to please his bosses and his customers. He certainly deserves a raise!!! Thank you, Devon and Ruben!
