You guys suck. I called in advance of my appoitment. Went in to my appointment for a new key fob. They reviewed my info and checked me in. Made me wait in the w I called in advance of my appoitment. Later - they came out and handed my original key and said there machine was broken and make anther appt. No one said sorry, or "my bad". More

Noticed on Wednesday loud noise coming from muffler area of car.Took my 2013 Nissan Sentra to Criswell Nissan on Saturday Morning. No Appointment. Arrived at 8:45. Diagnostic was performed (with pictures ta of car.Took my 2013 Nissan Sentra to Criswell Nissan on Saturday Morning. No Appointment. Arrived at 8:45. Diagnostic was performed (with pictures taken on advisor iPhone)my vehicle was missing a bolt connecting the muffler. Need a connector kit. Work was performed very satisfactory. Took 3 hours to complete oil change and rotation and only called me back that my vehicle was ready after I called to inquire. The coupon that I received had hidden unexplained expenses that were charged afte called me back that my vehicle was ready after I called to inquire. The coupon that I received had hidden unexplained expenses that were charged after service. The service center forgot to return my wheel lock. Had to wait while they searched for it and eventually found it. Did not include my discount coupon on the final bill and had to get the bill changed. Cashier couldn’t find someone to bring my vehicle. She drove it to me herself. Disappointing experience. More
