Staff is friendly. Service department communicates well and always clears work with me when something unexpected occurs. I have been purchasing/leasing vehicles from this dealership for the past 20 years and have ALWAYS received excellent service. We'd been looking for a blue CR-V EXL with all the desired options for some time. After checking the website multiple times, there was finally one available. We pulled onto the lot, spied the desired desired options for some time. After checking the website multiple times, there was finally one available. We pulled onto the lot, spied the desired vehicle and were soon greeted by John Gould, who was eventually asked if he was the "funnest" salesperson because that's what I wanted to deal with. :) Not only was John FUN but so was Tod Ruble and Jason Miller. We left that day with the beloved CR-V after an enjoyable experience. All the guys were helpful, friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Allan Nott Honda for turning a typically dreaded venture into one that was indeed FUN! More

Lisa sold us a 2012 Sienna, Eric and Jason helped. Karen sent supporting emails, Ron answered my sevice questions and Jessica helped us one Saturday when we were there for routine service. All were very helpful and the process could not have been more pleasant. Of course all of this was greatly enhanced by the fact that the Sienna is a great product and has performed very well for the first 18,000 miles of its life. We are very happy with this vehicle! More

We checked out this dealer on Edmunds.com. Salesman was not pushy, we test drove the CR-V without the salesman thanked him and left. All negotiations were conducted on the internet. Vehicle was not in stock,When Honda deliverd one at their request, they held the car, no money down, no contract, till we picked it up. Service department is professional,quick, and will perform service per your request. More
