We were looking to replace our old truck for several months. Several friends recommended Allan Nott, but we were hesitant to drive 45 minutes to Lima. Finally, one Saturday we decided to go, and we are months. Several friends recommended Allan Nott, but we were hesitant to drive 45 minutes to Lima. Finally, one Saturday we decided to go, and we are glad we did! Shawn met us right away and was very polite and courteous. After some discussion, we drove a Tundra and were really interested. Now the part everyone hates, negotiating! Surprisingly, Shawn was not pushy or overbearing, but polite and cooperative! Shawn and Eric worked with us without a lot of haggling which was pleasant compared to a lot of local dealers we have dealt with. We currently own a Camry which we have serviced locally and are happy with the service, but the sales experience was unlike any we have had locally! Polite, courteous, and helpful. Jason in financing was also great to work with. We were impressed with the speed and efficiency he handled the paperwork. Jason was very enjoyable to talk to and very informative of the Tundra line. Our overall experience at Allan Nott was great! I have been telling everyone it is well worth the drive to Lima to look for their next vehicle. Without exception, A. Nott employees are clear in accomodating and explaining service needs. I like the follow-up calls, making sure that I am satisfied with the service. We purchased our third consecutive vehicle from Allan Nott in July 2013. Our experience with the people at Allan Nott continues to be a positive one! Tom Pseekos allowed us to test drive models of cars in which we were interested and answered our questions with no pressure to purchase a vehicle. His knowledge of current offers from Toyota, including a "one day" offer from Home Shopping Network for $1000.00 in gas cards, allowed us to get the very best deal. We appreciate the time he took on a busy Saturday, his ability to understand what we wanted and needed in a vehicle, and especially, his expertise! Mr. Eric Martin went above and beyond the call of duty in locating the car we wanted in Tennessee. The vehicle he procured was beyond our expectations! His willingness to go that extra mile for us ensured we'll come back to Allan Nott the next time we're ready to purchase another vehicle. Our experience with Steve in the finance department was excellent. The paperwork was prepared and ready to go when we arrived. He answered all our questions and provided us with answers to questions we didn't think to ask. . . including which warranty package was the best for our driving history. Finally, once our car arrived, Cody D. was so helpful in helping us "sync" our phones to the audio equipment before we left the dealership. We're glad our iPhones were easily connected to the Ensure system. He answered our questions about the general operational aspects of the car and said we could return in a couple of weeks with a list of questions and he would be available to answer these questions when we returned. With our previous two vehicles, the service department has been outstanding. It is very easy to book an appointment. The people at the front desk are friendly to all and willing to answer any questions and explain what maintenance/repairs were done on the vehicle. Jeff was a great salesperson. He is very knowledgeable about Honda products. Eric Martin and the rest of the crew that I dealt with were GREAT! The Alan Nott experience was a positive experience. Josh Gould was a valuable resource for a comprehensive understanding of the vehicles my husband and I explored. He was patient with our search. He understood that this was an investment on our part and made us believe that he had all the time we needed to come to that decision. We narrowed down our options and Josh was able to assist us in that process. Josh Eric and Bob all made us believe that they were willing to work with us to come to that final decision. The atmosphere was welcoming. We did not feel any pressure. Following the purchase of our Sienna Josh explained in detail all of the options on our new Sienna. His explanation allowed us to leave with an understanding of the Sienna and each of its components and options, We have shared repeatedly the pleasure of this experience and the excitement of our new vehicle. I went to Allan Nott after seeing a 2007 Toyota Prius at the back of the lot. I inquired about it and was contacted immediately. I had an appointment made the same day after I got the call and went to tal the back of the lot. I inquired about it and was contacted immediately. I had an appointment made the same day after I got the call and went to talk numbers and check out the car. I worked with Eric who was incredibly friendly and helpful and I ended up leaving the same day with the car. I was told that I would need an oil change soon and I was even contacted about setting up my appointment for my free oil change within the week. I am a happy buyer and I will definitely recommend Allan Nott to others. More

I went to the Allan Nott Dealership to purchase a new Honda CR-V. Tom the salesperson was cordial and helpful, he let us test dive the car and explained some of the features to us, what our model option Honda CR-V. Tom the salesperson was cordial and helpful, he let us test dive the car and explained some of the features to us, what our model options were and the availability, when we got back to the showroom and started talking price, I showed Tom a printout that I had from Consumer Reports stating that the same make & model vehicle was available at Marysville for $2,361.00 less than the Invoice price of $24,875 - Allan Nott offered $24,259 as their selling price and held firm - I told them that I was interested in buying locally if they could approach the price of the Marysville dealer. The sales manager Adam arrived and informed me that there was no way that any dealer could sell that vehicle for that price and they were lying to draw us in. I called Marysville and confirmed the price, went back inside and informed Tom that they were serious and that I was willing to listen if they wanted to evaluate my trade in and see what the bottom line price was. My trade in was evaluated an they gave me their bottom number without revealing the price, Eric Martin, the General Manager appeared and asked what they could do to make this deal, I re-iterated my stance on the other price and asked what they were allowing for the trade, Eric revealed, in my estimation a very low number. Negotiations began to fall apart and I stood to leave and extended my hand to Eric, he told me in no uncertain terms to sit down we weren't done yet - it was OK for them to stand over me when they were talking, but not when I stood. Eric walked out obviously upset, he was beligerent, unaccomodating and rude. I went to Marysville, bought the same vehicle with 3 miles on it, for $22,514, what they agreed to with Consumer Reports and gave me $800 more for my trade than the Nott dealer and with no hassle. More
