We were very satisfied with our purchase every step of the way. Our sales person was Lena and she was very helpful in locating the exact car we wanted. We were specific in what we were looking for. Great Experience We have bought 3 vehicles from Jenkins and consistently had Jenkins perform our Maintenance. Each time was a Great Experience due to the personnel in We have bought 3 vehicles from Jenkins and consistently had Jenkins perform our Maintenance. Each time was a Great Experience due to the personnel including the Management. We were always greeted in a timely and friendly manner, explanations were clear and where we had a repeating problem we were given a loaner vehicle. Amazing Everyone from the lady at the counter to the back shop service dept were the friendliest group of people I have ever dealt with. I don’t like dealing Everyone from the lady at the counter to the back shop service dept were the friendliest group of people I have ever dealt with. I don’t like dealing with dealerships but Jenkins was pleasant. I walked in like a TIGER and out like a CUB...My salesman was Jose Diaz who is no longer there so Fred P took over everything. I believe he is a manager of sorts. Jose Is a big loss to your company. I hope he comes back and you give him another opportunity. Fred P. Is awesome. He bent over backwards for me as I was in a great deal of pain the night I purchased my new car and just wanted to leave. Not caring if I got the car or not. I was in tears. But Fred came through and sent me on my way. I came back the next day and finished up all the paperwork with Alex in Finance and had some problems. Mizone stepped in and took care of those as did Fred P. After a bit, i was on my way with my new Sentra. More
