The employees at Fitzgerald Chambersburg Auto Mall were very friendly and helpful! They made My fiancé and I's first car buying experience very pleasant. Brad was patient with us as we decided on what we w very friendly and helpful! They made My fiancé and I's first car buying experience very pleasant. Brad was patient with us as we decided on what we wanted to do and we did not feel pressured into the sale at all. Jelyn was friendly and helpful, and Eric was also great to work with when it came time to get down to the paperwork! This was the first car I have ever purchased and I had so many questions and concerns going into my purchase. The team at Fitzgerald answered every question I had with respect and professionalism. I went in there purchasing a vehicle and when I left I was so overwhelmed at the Customer Service and aid I received, that I know I purchased more than just the vehicle, I was purchasing quality service and assurance. I left the dealer with so much confidence and was very excited that I made the right purchase when I purchased my brand new 2013 Scion Tc. The scariest moment for me was the financial situation and amoutn of financial information, but that fear was easily calmed once they took as much time as I needed to understand it all. More
