Corey Lawyer is very helpful and no pressure salesman. He cares about the product he sells and the customer experience. This dealer has no haggle policies, which I appreciate, even though we thought the car cares about the product he sells and the customer experience. This dealer has no haggle policies, which I appreciate, even though we thought the car was somewhat overpriced. It was a rental car with almost 40000 miles on it. They also display the blue book values, as well as detailed records from the inspection process. My husband know cars, inside and out, and we shopped for a long time and many places before we bought a car here. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing here. When we found some things wrong with the car, after a week, the sales manager Josh told us it would be made right. This is also appreciated. More

Even though it was closing time on a Saturday evening, they took their time and made sure all my questio and explained what they were doing and why. My husband and I stopped in at Fitzgerald in Oct. to look at new vehicles for me. Just to look at that point. We met Pat Lindsey and he showed us different options in a Rav4. The color that I liked wasn't on the lot then, but he called about a week later to tell me they had gotten the color in that I wanted. The timing was off for us at that point because of a trip that we had scheduled. Then in late Dec. we were ready to do serious shopping and I made a point to talk with Pat. We test drove and I absolutely loved the Rav4! So we went in and began the paper work. Pat again was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We qualified for the financing we were looking for so it was a go! We then worked with Eric Herzog a finance manager and he was just great to work with too. Asking us questions and then telling us different options that would benefit us. Very nice and personable! The whole process from start to finish was such a positive experence for me and my husband. This is the 5th vehicle that my family has bought from Fitzgerald but the first time that I picked out a vehicle for me. A brand new vehicle. Fitzgerald has a very high standard for their employees and it certainly is nice from a shoppers view point. We would highly recommend both Pat and Eric! Thank you so much for all your help and advice. I just love my new Rav4! More

Most important to me is that I would recommend Mike Bockstie. A large purchase for this single (widow) woman. A type of purchase I have not made on my own in over many a year. Mike made me comfortable, was extremely easy to talk to and made the overall experience on December 24th most enjoyable. I am sure he would have rather been home (it did start snowing and it was Christmas)or even sharing in the dealership holiday meal, but not once did he make me feel rushed or he had other places to go. I was a client but he genuinely cared of my experience. I work in a customer service industry and as most in these fields know, we can be the most critical with our expectations. I have no criticism of Mike at all. Mike, thank you for making my experience enjoyable, comfortable and mine to share with others. You did Toyota proud and I am thankful you walked out onto the lot that day and in my opinion, you did yourself proud. The best for the year ahead of you Mike! Eric, my experience with you was very smooth, of course not as personable; as it is the "ugly" financial piece, but thank you for your kindness, willingness to remain on Christmas eve and your effort to make the 'paperwork' less daunting! I stopped in a few days later to return my second key for my old vehicle and thankfully Mike was there, even though he seemed extremely busy. He greeted me and ensured I was happy with my purchase. I began to leave, remembered I wanted more paper carpet protectors (snowy and my purchased ones unavailable) and when I came back in, Mike was unavailable and another salesman, inside the door had no idea where to begin to look for the paper protectors, or I just didn't warrant him getting up, so instead he recommend I wait for Mike, which I did and without hesitation Mike had my paltry request fulfilled and I was on my way. The protectors didn't seem to be a secret hidden commodity!! Once again, thank YOU Mike for walking out onto your lot! More
