Jorge Quinta is a great asset to this dealership. I hope management is aware of the amazing employees who work diligently for them. I didn't get the names of all the service people who picked up and returne management is aware of the amazing employees who work diligently for them. From the reception to the service writers, parts department personnel, all provide excellent service. I had the first appointment at 0700 hours. I arrived ten minutes early to find a few other custo department personnel, all provide excellent service. I had the first appointment at 0700 hours. I arrived ten minutes early to find a few other customers awaiting service also; all were treated well. The cost of two puddle lights for my pick up was $135.00 and even the technician that worked on my vehicle thought that was too expensive. I had my control module cleared and the two puddle lights installed. The labor to install two lights the size of a U.S. quarter and reset the module was over $280.00! Researching the Ford online blogs, other only paid $100.00 in labor to have the module cleared. Now, I was told I could get my truck washed at anytime and for $415.00 parts and labor, I plan on have my truck washed twice per week to make up the ridiculous price I was charged. I deducted one star simply due to the service charge. More

From making the appointment to picking up my car at night the treatment received was outstanding. Which is the norm at Tasca.
