This is my 3rd Acura from Rallye and Jeri Bellman. The customer service is beyond great, people are friendly and always helpful. Jeri saw me waiting for service and knew it was the first service on my 201 customer service is beyond great, people are friendly and always helpful. Jeri saw me waiting for service and knew it was the first service on my 2011 MDX, she tapped me on the shoulder and said "Tell them the 1st service is on me!". Wow what a surprise! Thanks. As always when I make an appointment I am not kept waiting. Chris pointed out on this visit that my inspection was overdue(saving me a possible ticket).After my car was brought into the shop he also p waiting. They always accommodate the customer & remember each customer's schedule and preferences. They are an amazing team & Rallye Acura are truly fortunate to have them in their employment. They treat their customers as they would like to be treated and make them feel like they are part of a family. I wish more people were like them during my constant business dealings.
