I have used this dealer for service since purchasing my Acura TL (2004). I am always treated courteously and with a friendly attitude. Enza is a longtime favorite of mine. As you can see, I have had interaction with many of the people at Rallye. Not one has been a disappointment, from the purchase with Dick Wilson to the latest visit with Melissa. GO RALLYE! More

Enza and everyone at Rallye have been a pleasure to work with. I purchased a 2012 TL and leased a MDX and my wife and I love them both. They are the best cars we have ever owned. This is my 3rd Acura from Rallye and Jeri Bellman. The customer service is beyond great, people are friendly and always helpful. Jeri saw me waiting for service and knew it was the first service on my 201 customer service is beyond great, people are friendly and always helpful. Jeri saw me waiting for service and knew it was the first service on my 2011 MDX, she tapped me on the shoulder and said "Tell them the 1st service is on me!". Wow what a surprise! Thanks. Also Enza is always following up to make sure everything is taken care of before and after the service. Thanks Rallye. More

I received the appointment at the time I asked. My service was done quickly and and I was told I needed a small repair , rather than being ripped off for a large repair . I'm on my 3rd MDX from Rallye. Service after the sale counts. Enza always ensures that I'm taken care of. As always when I make an appointment I am not kept waiting. Chris pointed out on this visit that my inspection was overdue(saving me a possible ticket).After my car was brought into the shop he also p waiting. While waiting Enza was always available and provided updates on the progress of my service. When all was finished she also helped with my smooth exit. They always greet me with a smile and honestly care about their customers. They go way & beyond over what their jobs expect from them. They always accommodate the customer & remember each customer's schedule and preferences. They are an amazing team & Rallye Acura are truly fortunate to have them in their employment. They treat their customers as they would like to be treated and make them feel like they are part of a family. I wish more people were like them during my constant business dealings.
