Overall, the car dealership experience was mixed. While the online price was fair, the overall cost came with $3500 of additional dealer charges, the sales team's emphasis on add-ons without clear di While the online price was fair, the overall cost came with $3500 of additional dealer charges, the sales team's emphasis on add-ons without clear disclosure was frustrating and deceptive. Negotiations were time-consuming, involving prolonged waits and back-and-forth discussions. We test drove it and then went inside to wait for 3 hours to finalize price. I appreciate the dealership staying open past closing time but it seemed like a lot of time was wasted. Kenny in finance was helpful, and Aldo and ET were able to locate the missing charger and keys. However it would have been nice to receive a checklist of the missing items versus having to identify them myself. Also a car tour, and a discussion on car functionality would have enhanced the overall experience. More
