I was looking for a Mini Cooper, which they had. I called from Rockford, MI Spoke to Elvis the salesman, asked him if the car was fully serviced. He said YES So I flew to Des Moines and was at the dealership at 10 am Saturday. Test drive the car and thought it was OK. So had all papers signed and waiting It was taking a little bit longer and George approached me and told me there was a problem with a oil leak, but the problem was their chief mechanic was not in that day and could not fix it until Tuesday. I had to be back home, for family matters So had to stay one more night and buy a ticket back home. George called me Friday and told me the car was ready and would shipped free of charge. When the car arrived and started it, the dashboard was like a Christmas tree. They paid for the repair, that was a bad installation of the oil filter Less than 4000 miles, oil had to be , so how could the say the car was serviced, the cabin filter also needed to be changed 4000 thousand miles another light when on. The parking sensor went bad 2.500 to repair it. Spoke to George and said they would only do repairs for the original oil leak. Then with 7000 miles brakes had to be replaced, so definitely it was not serviced I was more disappointed, when at the dealership they told me tires were mismatch and needed to be replaced More

Very unprofessional. Staff acted as though I was inconveniencing them. Sales team was loud and unprofessional. We had a great buying experience at Audi Des Moines. My other issue is with the memory of my Q5–favorite channels among other things, do not stay saved. I took the car in and basically learned that Audi needs to release an update to fix this issue.
