I would avoid this place at all cost, purchased a car from them this year. I was assigned temp tags we signed paper work for them to submit all the information for my actual plates. 4 months later they n from them this year. We saw a car listed for $31k. Drove from Tampa to Miami to get it, did all the paperwork for financing, and after being approved and ready to go, I ask for a rundown of the numbers, and it turns out that t to get it, did all the paperwork for financing, and after being approved and ready to go, I ask for a rundown of the numbers, and it turns out that the Listed price was a cash deal, for financing would go up 20%. The thing is that we spoke with them multiple times before making the trip, paid $500 down to secure the car, they new we were getting under the business name and we were going to put $2k as downpayment, we even filed out the credit app online and that never came up. They are thieves and should be closed down before they keep scamming people. More

One of the worst experience in a dealership. Car Gurus has advertised this car since January 2021. I inquire then and I realize that today was still there. I called the phone provided and Elizabeth answ has advertised this car since January 2021. I inquire then and I realize that today was still there. I told her that I want her to check if this car was available. She let me in hold and went back to confirm the car was there. 30 minutos latter I arrived to find out the car was sold before. i asked for the manager and he told me that this girl doesn't know. How come these people play with my time. Don't get trap with this crap. More
