The ford escape wasn’t even on the lot yet and Kaylen legit went out of her way to get the vehicle from the detailer and all to show it to me. She was transparent and real… which I LOVED. Told me every step of the process as it happened (I’m a first time buyer too! I didn’t feel shamed or taken advantage of.) The process went so smoothly, and though I walked out paying more than what I was expecting—but thanks to Tut considering what financing option would benefit me… the car was not only more financially feasible but it also ended up being Blue Certified, I’m more than grateful and satisfied with the service! Thank you Kaylen, Tut, and even Sam! All three went above and beyond to make me feel considered and taken care of. It’s all well worth the price I’m paying. Quality over quantity any day!!! Joshua quickly responded to an issue I raised and did so with genuine concern. He spent a great deal of time and effort addressing my issue in the sale, and frankly went so above and beyond that his service with genuine concern. He is the general manager for Five Star Ford and easily could have handed this off to subordinates, but he personally took ownership of meeting the issue. He was kind and generous to me and I am grateful to have met and gotten to know him in addition to the sales experience. My family and I have been FSF customers for over 20 years, and Joshua is the prime example of why we return to this dealership. More
